A leaf is a single sheet of paper. A page is one side of that sheet. A leaf therefore contains two printed pages when double-sided, or one when single-sided.

Bleed is an extra area of design that extends beyond the final trim line to prevent white edges after cutting. The standard requirement is 3mm bleed on each edge. Artwork without bleed may result in white lines on the finished product.

CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is the colour mode used in print. RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is used for screens. All artwork for print must be converted to CMYK to ensure colours reproduce accurately.

All images should be 300 DPI (dots per inch). Images below 200 DPI may produce blurry or pixelated results.

Yes. However, we strongly recommend saving your file as a PDF before supplying it. A PDF preserves fonts, images, and layout exactly as intended. If you supply a Word file, we will email you a PDF proof for your approval before printing.
