Our standard size is 850mm wide by 2000mm high, the size most venues and exhibition shell schemes expect. Wider sizes are available on request. Tell us where the banner will stand and how often you will use it, and we recommend the right stand with your quote.
Artwork and Proofs
Send a print-ready PDF at full size and we check every file before it prints: resolution, colour, bleed and whether the text will read clearly across the room. Our designers can build the banner from your logo and message if you are starting from scratch, and you approve a proof before anything is printed.
Turnaround and Delivery
Everything is printed on site in Dublin rather than sent to a third party, so we control the schedule. Tell us the date of your event when you ask for a quote and we confirm the turnaround in writing. Delivery is next day nationwide once printed, or collect from Dún Laoghaire.

Pull up, roll up or pop up?
What is a pull up banner?
It is a printed graphic that rolls into a base. You pull it up, clip it to a pole at the back, and it stands on its own. The same product goes by several names.
One product, four names
Pull up banner, roll up banner, roller banner and pop up banner all describe the same thing: a graphic on a spring-loaded roller inside a base. When the event is over the graphic rolls back down into the base and the whole unit packs away. If you have searched for any of these names, this is the page you need.
They are the most common piece of event display in Ireland because one person can set one up in under a minute, they need no tools, and they fit in the boot of a car.
Pop up banner or pop up stand?
A pop up stand is different. It is a larger folding frame, often 3x3 or 3x4, with fabric or panel graphics that make a curved or straight backwall for an exhibition stand. Pop up banners sit in front of or beside a stand; a pop up stand is the stand.

Already have a stand?
Can you print replacement graphics for my roller banner?
Yes. If you already have a roller banner stand, we print a new graphic to fit it.
A good roller banner stand lasts for years; the graphic is what goes out of date. New logo, new phone number, a rebrand or a new campaign does not mean buying a whole new banner. We print a replacement graphic to fit the stand you already own.
To quote, we need three things: the make or model of the stand if it is printed on the base, the visible width and height of the old graphic, and your new artwork. If you are not sure of the size, measure the graphic from edge to edge and top to bottom and send us a photo of the base.
Pop up exhibition stands (the larger 3x3 folding frames) are a different job. If you need replacement graphics for one, send us the details and we will tell you what is possible before you commit. For new display hardware, see display stands and outdoor displays.

How to set up pull up banner artwork
A banner is read from across a room, usually in a few seconds as people walk past. Artwork that works on a laptop screen can disappear at two metres high. Ask for the artwork template for your size with your quote, then follow these rules.
- Logo and headline in the top third, at eye level
- Six to ten words of main message, not a paragraph
- Nothing important in the bottom of the graphic, near the base
- Images at full size and high resolution
- Strong contrast between text and background
- Web address or QR code at chest height, large enough to scan
- Bleed added on all sides, fonts outlined or embedded
- Supplied as a print-ready PDF at full size

What comes with a pull up banner?
Your graphic is printed and fitted to the stand. What comes with the stand depends on the stand you choose, and we list it with your quote so you know exactly what arrives.
How should I design my banner artwork?
Put your logo and headline in the top third, keep the message short, and leave the bottom of the graphic clear because it sits close to the base. Supply a print-ready PDF at full size with bleed, and ask for the template for your size.

Can I use a roller banner outdoors?
