Sizes

Board and Finish
We recommend 350gsm board, which is stiff enough to protect the contents and keep its shape. Gloss lamination makes colours bright; matt lamination gives a soft, understated finish. Both protect the folder from scuffs and fingerprints.

Posting your folders? An A4 folder fits a C4 or B4 printed envelope, depending on how much is inside. Ask us about business card slits or other details on the pocket, and we will confirm what suits your folder.
Board and finish
Which board and finish should I choose?
For most printed presentation folders, choose 350gsm board with gloss lamination for bold colour or matt lamination for a calm, premium feel.
350gsm board gives the folder enough stiffness to carry a stack of documents through a meeting, a conference or the post without bending. Lighter board can feel flimsy once the pockets are full.
Gloss lamination lifts photography and strong brand colours, and wipes clean. Matt lamination reduces glare and suits minimal designs and dark colours.
