Sizes and Folds
We print flyers at A4, A5, A6 and DL as standard, plus custom sizes to the dimensions you need. Flyers are flat sheets printed on one or both sides. Leaflets can be folded to give you more panels for your message; tell us the fold you want, or send a sample, and we will match it. The size chart is further down this page.
Paper and Finishes
Choose a lighter uncoated stock that is easy to write on, a silk or gloss stock for bright colour and photography, or a heavier card up to 350gsm when the flyer needs to feel substantial. FSC certified stocks are standard. Ask us about lamination and specialist finishes for premium handouts.
Artwork and Design
Send a print ready PDF with 3mm bleed and we check it before anything prints: resolution, bleed, colour and text too close to the edge or a fold. If something is wrong, we tell you first. No artwork yet? Our studio can design the flyer from your logo, photos and copy.
Turnaround and Delivery
Flat flyers are printed on our digital presses overnight, Monday to Friday. Folded leaflets and very large runs are scheduled when you order, and the date is confirmed in your quote. Every order can go out with next-day delivery nationwide, or you can collect from us in Dún Laoghaire.

What is the difference between a flyer and a leaflet?
In everyday use the words overlap, so here is how we use them when we quote.
Leaflets
A sheet that is folded to create panels, so you can tell a longer story: services, a menu, a map or a step-by-step guide. A folded A4 becomes an A5 or DL leaflet that fits a rack or an envelope. Folding adds a step, so we confirm the date with your quote.

Which fold should I choose for a leaflet?
The fold decides how your message unfolds in the reader's hands. Tell us the fold you have in mind, or send a sample, and we will match it.
Half fold. One fold down the middle, so an A4 sheet becomes a four-page A5 leaflet. Good for menus, programmes and simple service guides.
Roll fold (tri-fold). Two panels fold in on each other, so an A4 sheet becomes a six-page DL leaflet. The classic rack leaflet and the right shape for a DL envelope.
Z-fold. Folded like a concertina, so every panel opens in sequence. Works well for step-by-step information and maps.
Keep text 5mm or more away from each fold line, and we check fold positions on your proof before anything is printed.

Which paper is best for flyer printing?
It depends on how the flyer is used: handed out, posted, left on a counter or written on.

Single or double sided? Double-sided printing lets you put the offer on the front and the detail on the back,. Single-sided suits posters for noticeboards and anything that will be pinned up.

Can you post the leaflets for me?
Yes. Our leaflet printing Dublin team and our mailing house work in the same building, so a mail drop is one order, not three suppliers.
Our mailing house can insert leaflets into envelopes with a covering letter, print the addresses, clean and format your mailing list through our direct mail data management service and hand the finished mailing to the post. Your data is handled under ISO 27001.
