The Opportunity

We had a customer reach out to us two days before we closed for the Christmas holidays in 2023, requesting a print job of 11,000 customised packs. Given the tight deadline we needed to provide a rapid turnaround time provide express delivery to print, pack, and dispatch the job.

What We Did

We handled the request on the same day in order to get the packs out the door within 24 hours. The job was handled with care, ensuring each customer received the correct pack alongside the appropriate inserts tailored to their healthcare plan. As we were dealing with sensitive customer data we ensured our commitment to data management is upheld at all times through our ISO9001 certification. Working closely with An Post, the packs were promptly distributed nationwide.

The Outcome

The client was able to send out all 11,000 packs to their customers before the year end and is now an ongoing customer, handling their ongoing print and fulfilment requirements. Our agile print and delivery and dedicated team enables us to take on last-minute projects of different size.
